PRODUCTION DEPLOYMENT
2027 marks the transition from preparation to production. A new chapter where every foundation-phase investment is brought to the next level: professional telemetry, a racing team, and the Tillotson T4 Ireland Championship.
The Campaign
The Tillotson T4 Ireland Championship is the benchmark series for sealed-engine karting in Ireland. The Senior 168 class sets a 168kg combined kart-and-driver minimum, creating a level playing field where engineering methodology and driver optimization are the only differentiators.
This is a rookie season, framed as a learning deployment, not a title bid. Year one is about data collection, system calibration, and understanding the competitive environment. The goal is to build a baseline, not to win a championship.

Stapleton Motorsport
A rookie campaign requires more than ambition. It requires the competitive infrastructure that only an established team can provide. Stapleton Motorsport brings chassis setup expertise, race-day support, and the operational knowledge that turns a prepared driver into a competitive entry.
The team provides the framework: kart preparation, setup optimization for different track conditions, and the race-weekend logistics that let the driver focus entirely on performance. For an engineer entering motorsport, this is the equivalent of joining a mature platform team rather than building from scratch.
The Upgrade
The preparation phase used GoPro footage and BoxBox for post-session analysis. Competition demands real-time, on-kart data. The Alfano 7 professional data logger is the industry standard for karting telemetry, purpose-built hardware replacing the improvised preparation stack.

The Control Environment
The Tillotson T4 was selected for its technical constraints, not despite them. A sealed engine and mono-brand chassis mean victory is not purchased with a larger budget; it is engineered through superior data analysis and driver optimization.
